Dr Etienne Kouakou
Etienne Kouakou is a Geomatics Engineer and PhD in Geosciences and Environment. Hydrogeologist by training, he has extensive experience in the use of geographic information systems and mapping for water resource management and health issues related to climate change. He also has a good knowledge of remote sensing. As associate researcher at Centre Suisse de Recherche Scientifique en Côte d’Ivoire, he has participated in various research projects on the impact of climate change on health at national and sub-regional level. For the HE2AT project, he is a scientific collaborator who will support the RP2 and also, post doc researcher.
