Supported financial, administrative, legal, and regulatory compliance in development of several multi-year programmes within Wits Reproductive Health and HIV Institute (Wits RHI) Health Programmes directorate, including HIV Care and Treatment projects funded by USAID and CDC with a combined value of approximately USD $300 million over 5-year periods. Led the acquisition and request for assistance processes in onboarding of sub-contractors and sub awards from state owned entities, private and non-profit organisations from different jurisdictions, overseeing compliance with Republic of South Africa legislation, USG federal rules and regulations and Wits Health Consortium policies and procedures.
